We offer a 30-day program, the Road Home program*, specifically designed for guests coming to us directly from a hospital or rehabilitation center. The Road Home program provides nursing and rehabilitation assistance both during an illness and after a hospital visit. From medication management to around-the-clock care, you will experience all of the additional services that aid in a full, speedy recovery.
- Admissions assessments by a registered nurse
- Health monitoring by a registered nurse with a personal care plan
- Around-the-clock on-site staff available for assistance
- On-call registered nurse and access to nurse practitioners and physicians
- Three “I’m okay” wellness checks per day
- Three balanced meals and snacks are prepared and offered on-site daily.

Our Respite Care program gives caregivers an opportunity to take a temporary break for any and all reasons while offering respite care guests access to the amenities and care that we offer on a daily basis.
